Through collaboration with experienced hospitality designers and international design partners, WEIG supports interior design, space planning, material and finish selection, design development, and brand-standard coordination for guestrooms, suites, lobbies, restaurants, and other public areas.
WEIG provides comprehensive FF&E procurement services, including vendor sourcing, product quotations, specification review, budget coordination, purchase-order management, sample and material approvals, and production tracking.
Based on approved designs, hospitality brand standards, and project specifications, WEIG coordinates the custom manufacturing of furniture, casegoods, seating, lighting, millwork, and other hospitality FF&E products.
WEIG provides project management throughout design confirmation, procurement, sampling, production, and delivery. Services include schedule management, vendor coordination, quality inspections, production monitoring, packaging inspection, and pre-delivery verification.
WEIG coordinates international and domestic logistics, warehousing, job-site delivery, installation, and final inspection to help ensure that products arrive safely, accurately, and according to the project schedule.
